Tanisha Nigam is a student at the Hong Kong International School. At school, Tanisha is a dedicated and hardworking student who is currently studying the International Baccalaureate diploma at the Hong Kong International School. Especially intrigued by the disciplines of political science, she has been working committedly toward the upliftment of educational infrastructure for students. Her interest in this domain have manifested in a plethora of engagements such as her school’s Focussed Club, an ADHD Awareness collective; the school SOS Marketing Club, a service fundraising society; and the Policy Innovation Lab program, an academic program where Tanisha displayed a predilection for education policy.
Tanisha is also fascinated by music; she is a seasoned instrumentalist who plays the bass clarinet as well as drums, even leading the bass clarinet and saxophone sections of her school Symphonic Band. In addition to her musical prowess, Tanisha is also known to set the dancefloor ablaze, having represented Hong Kong with her group in the Dance World Cup 2023 hosted in Braga, Portugal. However, her athletic prowess doesn’t end there, she is also the leader of the school Badminton Club, in addition to competing in the Bose and Cohen Sailing Competition, and being selected to join the Aberdeen Sailing Club.
